Dreambaby® Ladybug Night Light Review (Giveaway Closed)

It doesn’t take long for a new parent to understand why all the other parents in the world are so obsessed with sleep. When you’re starving for the stuff, you will do anything to get more of it and that’s why there are thousands of sleep products available. It’s also why parents can get a little crazy in the eyes when a new product hits the market.
The Dreambaby® Ladybug Night Light is one of these products because it’s helpful for kids who are afraid of the dark. It’s battery operated, which means you can put it anywhere in the room. My two-year-old Annie loves her “wadybug” to bits and carries it everywhere. She’s not afraid of the dark, but we’ve found another handy use for the night light.
You see, our darling Annie is one of those fun kids that every parent wishes for, one who thinks the suggestion of bedtime is an invitation to the wildest party on the block. It’s time to get all crazy, make some noise, raise the roof, rock out a rendition of Let It Go to an audience of teddy bears… We battled her for months.
Then, like all good parents, we gave in. There was no way this kid was going to sleep at 7pm, even after she said sayonara to her day nap. Her energy is something ELSE and she just doesn’t seem to need the same amount of sleep as some kids. We needed to introduce some new rules. She is allowed to play in her room or read books, but she’s not allowed to leave and has to chill the BEEP out.
Thank goodness for the Ladybug Night Light, which gives off a nice dull light for when she decides to go to sleep. Annie can easily operate the simple on/off button, plus the light switches off automatically after 30 minutes. She really loves the ladybug character and I think it’s a cute addition to her room – better than the boring night lights on the market. But best of all, the LED bulbs don’t burn a lot of energy, so we’re not changing batteries every five seconds. Win. Win. Win.

Speaking of winning…
