I bought these books online when I decided to do my 60 day clean eating challenge. Oh the excitement when the first one ‘The Clean Eating Cookbook & Diet’ arrived this morning. I’ve so far only managed to read the introduction, but it’s fabulously written, explaining the clean eating approach in a simple way that made so much sense to me. My favourite “take away” from the book so far is this paragraph:
“The way you feel and look comes only 10 percent from exercise, while genetics counts for another 10 percent, and nutrition accounts for the remaining 80 percent.”
Feeling: Flatter through the tummy already (less bloated, sorry for the TMI) and really amped to already feel physical changes.
