How this stay-at-home mum stays sane and has fun one day at a time.

Keeping it local

Sometimes it’s the days when we don’t go too far afield which end up being the best. Both kids chucked into the buggy with a pile of snacks, water and our library card for a big walk down to the local library or to scout out a playground. These quiet days with no rushing are the ones I really treasure. Here are the kids doing what they do best – Henry watching diggers and Annie pulling books off the shelves, destroying someone else’s place for once.

Treasure the quiet days, before you know it you’ll be on kindy or school hours! I adore the holidays now, when we can return to a slower pace of life and just mooch around in our own good time. ❤
